There are numerous government agencies, associations and private organisations in New South Wales that can help you with counselling, mediation and, if necessary, advice on life after separation.

Family Relationships Online

Provides advice and help for couples who are together and need support, or for separated couples. It also offers a range of government funded programs and services such as help lines, counselling and information booklets for family members.

A non-profit, community based organisation that offers on-line, telephone and face-to-face counselling services for families and couples experiencing difficulties. The organisation also offers mediation, dispute resolution and courses/programs on a number of issues.

Interrelate

A government-funded service comprising family centres in various locations across the state. Services available at the centres include counselling, relationship coaching and dispute resolution.

Catholic Welfare Australia provides counselling, mediation and courses for separated couples.
