Karen L Haga & Associates has been operating in Castle Hill as a specialist Family Law firm since 1994. Although we offer services in some limited other areas, our main focus has been servicing clients family law needs in a supportive and professional manner.

The Principal, Karen Haga, was admitted to practice in 1985, and has been primarily involved in litigation throughout her career. Karen was in the first group of lawyers accredited as a Family Law Specialist by the Law Society of New South Wales. Karen was also one of the first solicitors appointed by the Legal Aid Commission to represent children in proceedings in the Family Court.

We deal with all types of family law issues, including property, children’s issues and child support, for both married and defacto couples.

As Karen is the only solicitor in our firm, she will be personally handling your matter. We do have 2 competent paralegal/support staff who provide invaluable assistance.

We aim to provide a professional service that is based upon understanding our clients’ needs and expectations, and trying to achieve the best possible outcome.

Our office is centrally located in Terminus Street in Castle Hill, close to public transport and with ample parking available.
